Most of the recipes I am posting here are recipes that I think are worth keeping as references.  They are not necessarily tried and tested by me but I would normally use them as a guide for cooking or baking.  These recipes are either from web pages that are no longer available online, from old cookbooks that are now out of print, from old magazine or newspaper clippings, or from recipes printed on the back of food packagings.  I'm posting them here as safe-keeping and as my own recipe archive.

I hope you will find them useful as well but I hope you use the recipes as they are from this forum and please do not copy or paste them onto other websites.  I would also expect all members to respect the recipes other users have posted onto this forum and to NOT copy and paste them onto other websites.

If you are starting a new topic or thread:

When asking a question about a specific recipe, please include the name of the recipe in the Topic title.  This will prompt others to answer your question quicker if they know the answer (sometimes other users may not go into a specific thread if you just put 'I have a question' in the title without indicating about what).  Also provide the recipe you are using so others can see where you went wrong.  For examples:
Question about my failed Kuih Bangkit
or
My Sponge Cake failed!  Please help...

If you are looking for a specific recipe, please add ISO (meaning 'In Search Of') to the Topic title.  For example:
ISO Good Butter Cake recipes, please

If you are posting a recipe you have tried, please add T&T (meaning 'Tried & Tested') to the Topic title.  For example:
Tiramisu recipe (T&T)

Thank you.
